Returns Period:
Your satisfaction is important to us. To maintain the quality of our service, we have established the following return guidelines:

Return Period: Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Requests: We regret that we cannot process any refund requests beyond this 7-day period.

Return Method: All online orders must be returned via post.

Clearance Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items.
Return Resolution:
We offer a full refund to the original payment method for items returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in selling condition, unworn, and folded properly in their original packaging, with the tag attached.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the tag.
- Please include the Packing Slip/Invoice inside the return box. Failure to do so may result in a delayed refund.

No exceptions to these conditions.
Refund Policy:
- The refund process typically takes 14 working days after we receive the returned item.
- You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- If the item was paid for using a credit note, the refund will be issued back to the same credit note.
Credit Note Policy:
You may choose to receive a credit note instead of a refund. A credit note will be processed within 2 to 3 days after we receive the returned item.
Return and Delivery Cost Policy:
- The buyer is responsible for all delivery and return costs.
- If your order qualified for free delivery due to the total value exceeding $120, and the value of your order falls below $120 after a return, a $5.99 standard delivery charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the original delivery cost.

If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in their original, saleable condition. It is your responsibility to inspect the item for any damages before wearing or using it.

Worn or Used Items: If the item has been worn or used, we regret that we will not be able to accept a return, even if it was faulty. Returns cannot be processed if damage is noticed after the item has been worn.

Misuse or Negligence: If an item is damaged due to misuse or negligence, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
Trackable Shipping:
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. While we make every effort to ensure smooth processing, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without tracking. Using a trackable service will help us resolve any issues that may arise during the return process.
